UK DELIVERY

Working and shipping days are classed as Monday to Friday (not including UK Public or Bank holidays)

Key information:

Free delivery over £80 all UK orders. Delivery fee of £4.99 for orders under £80. All UK orders are shipped with DPD.

All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery, however if you are unavailable, re-delivery can be arranged.

Next day delivery cut off 14:00 (GMT).

Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT) will usually be dispatched the same day.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected on the site’s checkout page. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

UK RETURNS

You may return your pair of shoes within 30 days from the date of receipt if they are:

Unworn
Are in the original box and packaging.

All items are inspected on return for refunds.

How do I make a return?

If you have purchased a full price item then you can return your order to us for free, just contact us at help@hudsonshoes.com and our team can authorise your return and provide you on our prepaid return label and full instructions.

If your order is for a sale item then you may still use our prepaid label and we will deduct a £5 label charge from the refund off your item, you may also return with your own courier, please contact our customer service if you need further help.

Can I make an exchange?

We are sorry we do not offer exchanges, if you wish to change the size or product please return your item as per our terms and conditions for a refund and place a new order.

How long will my refund take?

Returns can take up to 5 working days to arrive back at our distribution centre. Once our warehouse receives your return it can take a further 2-4 working days for it to be processed, at which point you will be notified. If you haven't heard from us after this time, please contact our customer service team at help@hudsonshoes.com and one of our team members will be able to provide you with more information.
