We are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase on any item in their original condition and packaging.
Should you wish to exchange or return an item:
•Fill out the order form enclosed in your delivery, marking the items you wish to exchange or return and select the corresponding reason code/new size.
•Attach the address label to the front of your parcel.
•Place the completed order form in your package, which can then be resealed.
•Take the package to your local post office, ensuring you keep hold of the postal receipt as proof of delivery.
Any costs relating to the return of goods to our UK warehouse would be covered by yourself
Any shoes returned damaged,without their original packaging or outside the 30 day period are accepted at the discretion of Hudson Shoe Agencies Ltd. Therefore, should you think you may wish to return any item, please ensure that you keep the original packaging and invoice that the order arrived with.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the goods and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
FAULTY ITEMS: PURCHASED THROUGH THE HUDSON WEBSITE
If you feel there is a fault with your shoes, please get in touch using our contact form choosing complaint as the subject line. If you ensure this is fully completed, it will allow us to deal with any issues as quickly as possible. Once received, we will be back in touch within 24hrs confirming the next steps and should you be asked to return your shoes, please follow the above return procedure.
FAULTY ITEMS: STORE BOUGHT PRODUCTS
Please always return to the place of purchase along with your receipt as this acts as your contract with the retailer. They will then examine the shoe to see if they deem it a manufacturer fault. At which point, it is at the retailer's discretion as to whether they offer an exchange, repair or refund. Each of our stockists has its own returns policy, so you will need to check this when making the purchase.
