In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have extended the period for returns to 60 calendar days from the date of delivery for orders placed from the 23rd March 2020.
Access our Returns Portal to print an easy to use label. We accept returns up to 60 days from the date of receipt. The cost of $8.50 will then be deducted from your final refund. We have arranged this in the hope it will make it cheaper and easier than using your normal postal service.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU) and we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on purchases made from your location but you are welcome make a new order for an alternative size.
Any costs relating to the return of goods to our UK warehouse would be covered by yourself
Any shoes returned damaged, without their original packaging or outside the 60 day period are accepted at the discretion of Hudson Shoe Agencies Ltd. Therefore, should you think you may wish to return any item, please ensure that you keep the original packaging and invoice that the order arrived with.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the goods and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
