CARD PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. We do not store or see
any card information on our system. All card transactions are processed using Secure Trading. For further information
please refer to www.securetrading.com

Payment is taken at point of purchase which will then give you an order confirmation.

Exclusions:
 A working day is classed as Monday to Friday excluding any Public Holidays.All orders will be delivered between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, please take this into consideration when buying your shoes. Any orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, re-delivery can be arranged with the shipper your door stating how to get your parcel. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We will contact you immediately if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your online order from our warehouse.We will only take payment if we are able to complete your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime and make a full refund up until the time of despatch.Delivery times may differ from the stated times during busier periods so please be aware of this when placing your order.

By taking advantage of the Hudson London ‘Groom Package’ you agree on these terms and conditions:
1. Voucher must be used at point of checkout on the Hudsonshoes.com website.
2. This offer is not exchangeable for cash and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, staff discount, Student Discount or promotion.
3. Hudson Shoes Agencies Limited reserves the right to (i) cancel this Offer (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the Offer (iii) decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, an Offer code is invalid for the order being placed and (iiii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to all customers).
4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
5. Only valid when advertised on the site.
6. Where any goods are returned (except for an exchange), we are entitled to either require the return of all goods delivered as part of this Multi-buy offer at your cost or charge you for the goods retained by you at the full price quoted on this site.
7. This offer may only be used on full price footwear items only.
8. All shoe care; accessories & gift cards are excluded from this promotion.
9. Four footwear items must be purchased with the 5th pair of footwear free.
10. The item with the lowest price will be redeemed free.  
 
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We realise not everything in life works out, so in line with UK sales law, you have 14 days from receiving your package to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel the agreement you must notify us of this in writing within the 14 day cooling off period and send your notification to us by email web-enquiries@hudsonshoes.com or post to Hudson Shoe Agencies Limited, 20 Hoxton Square, London, N1 6NT. We will then send you an email with details of where you need to return your shoes. You must send the product back in its original packaging. Please make sure the package is clearly addressed and we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
 
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Access our Returns Portal to print an easy to use label. This is a subsidised cost which will be deducted from your final refund. We have arranged this in the hope it will make it cheaper and easier than using your normal postal service.Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU) and we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders. 
 
Please note:Shoes returned to us without their original packaging or with scratched or damaged soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Therefore, should you think you may wish to return any item, please ensure that you keep the original packaging.All refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the goods. Some card returns can take up to 10 working days for banks to complete.This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.Any returns received outside the 30 days are accepted at the discretion of Hudson Shoe Agencies Ltd.This does not affect your statutory rights. 
 
Discount Code policy
Discount codes must be redeemed on the basket page at the point of checkout. You may only use one discount code at point of purchase.  Only discount codes supplied by Hudson London are valid on the website https://www.hudsonshoes.com.  Hudson London has the right to stop any discount code

Checking your Details

If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to Hudson you may do so by contacting us via the e-mail address or address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action which we take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.
