AW17 Collection

Live young. Be free. Hudson London's Autumn Winter collection is an eclectic anecdote that takes references from rocker subculture and most importantly, its values. A mix of classic silhouettes are intertwined with new shapes and experimental washes for a bold new take on our longstanding heritage.

THE CAMPAIGN ITSELF WAS SHOT IN FOLKESTONE - THE PERFECT LOCATION AS IT WAS THE SETTING FOR SO MANY OF THE MOD AND ROCKERS CONFLICTS. BARREN, DESOLATE YET UNMISTAKABLY BRITISH, THE WASHED OUT BEACH AND TOWN MADE IT THE PERFECT HOME FOR THE COLLECTION.

"For womenswear, we researched rebellious young women and the female bike culture in relation to the spirit and individuality of East London."

Different stories in the collection stem from this one identity - Western styles meet 80s Hollywood glamour - a journey from biker boots worn in the day to metallic heels slipped on for evening.

"The Kenny boot is an icon of the season - its longline silhouette and low-stacked heel give it as much attitude as the Hudson girl that wears it."

The Men's Collection

In addition to rocker subculture, the Men's AW17 collection takes inspiration from the late 80s and early 90s, drawing on formal, heritage and sports-casual silhouettes for a slick take on classic styles. Earthy tones like taupe and olive balance the usual masculine colour palette of black, brown and tan, while new technical styles offer surpassed comfort without compromising on style. The question is, where will yours take you?
